The Association of Woodworkers Berana successfully implemented the second training module within the project “Overcoming unemployment among NEET youth – #fromNEETtoCOMPETE”.

During this module, the participants had the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills needed for a successful performance at a job interview. The focus was on interview preparation, personal presentation techniques, as well as understanding the importance of verbal and non-verbal communication.

Through interview simulations and practical exercises, the participants actively participated, showed a high level of motivation and willingness to improve their communication and presentation skills. Special emphasis is placed on building self-confidence and quality presentation to employers.

The association continues with the implementation of the following modules, with the aim of additional empowerment of young people and their preparation for the labor market.
