Info Days Held – Certificate Awarding and Employer Networking

As part of the project activities, Info Days were successfully organized, with a strong focus on recognizing participants’ achievements and supporting their integration into the labor market.

On this occasion, a formal certificate awarding ceremony was held for participants who successfully completed the training, confirming the level of knowledge and skills they acquired in wood processing and other professions. The awarding of certificates represents an important step in strengthening their employability and motivation for further professional development.

In parallel with this event, a separate meeting was held at the premises of the Regional Business Center with representatives of the private sector, focusing on connecting entrepreneurs with young people interested in further work and professional training. During the meeting, concrete opportunities were discussed for involving young people in work processes through internships, vocational training, and potential employment.

As a direct result of these activities, five young people from the NEET category signed three-month contracts for continued paid CNC training, enabling them to further develop their skills through practical work and gain additional experience.

The Regional Business Center, as an important partner in this process, actively contributes—through its network and employer database—to building connections between young people and the business sector, in line with their interests and labor market needs.

These activities represent a significant contribution to improving the employability of young people from the NEET category, through a combination of formal recognition of acquired competencies and direct engagement with employers.
