The subject of the public call is participation in the training program in the field of woodworking, which will be implemented in 3 cycles over 6 months with the support of mentors. The training program is aimed at developing the following competencies in the field of woodworking:
- Lamination training – work in a lamination mill;
- Use of CNC machines in the woodworking process;
- Painting/Varnishing of elements.
The project envisages training for 9 unemployed people in Berane, for a duration of 6 months, as well as creating the conditions for employment of the 3 most successful participants who underwent training and showed the best results in in the member companies of the Association of Woodworkers Berane.
The project is implemented within the grant scheme “Strengthening civil society to support the sustainable socio-economic development of Montenegro”, financed by the European Union, co-financed by the Ministry of Public Administration, and implemented by Help and Juventas.
WHO CAN APPLY?
This public call is addressed to all able to work unemployed persons from the territories of Berane and Andrijevica municipalities.
Preference is given to unemployed women and young people with primary or secondary education who are registered with the Labor Bureau and who live and have a residence in Montenegro.
APPLICATION
All unemployed persons interested in participating in this training must submit the following documents:
- A copy of the identity card,
- Completed Application Form
- Confirmation that they are registered at the Berana Labor Bureau and/or a certificate of unemployment from the Tax Administration,
- Diploma or school certificate.

The application deadline is Monday, September 1st, 2024.
