The Association of Woodworkers Berane successfully implemented the first training module within the project “Overcoming unemployment among NEET youth – #fromNEETtoCOMPETE”.

During the first day of the training, the participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the basic job search techniques, as well as with the preparation of a quality CV and motivation letter. Through interactive work, discussions and practical tasks, the young people actively participated and showed great interest in the topics covered.

Their motivation to improve their skills and actively work to increase their chances of employment is especially encouraging.

We are looking forward to the continuation of the training and the next modules, in which the participants will further develop their competencies and prepare for a successful entry into the labor market.
