The Association of Wood Processors has successfully implemented the fourth training module within the program intended for young people who are not employed, are not in the education system or attend additional training (NEET group).
During this module, participants had the opportunity to develop key skills important for successful inclusion in the labor market. The focus was on personal organization, setting goals, time management and developing work habits, as well as understanding employers’ expectations and professional behavior in the work environment.
Special emphasis is placed on the development of proactivity, responsibility and decision-making ability, which represents an important step towards increasing the employability of young people.
With the implementation of the fourth module, the training program enters the final phase of the first cycle, confirming the importance of continuous support and investment in the development of young people’s competencies.
The Association of Wood Processors continues to implement activities aimed at empowering young people and creating better opportunities for their employment and professional development.
We would like to thank all participants and lecturers for their active participation and contribution to the successful implementation of this module.
